- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos (Paleo-approved soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder (or minced garlic)
- 1/2 cumin
- 1/2 coriander
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- quail eggs (small chicken eggs, or no eggs at all!)
