Description

- 1/4 preserved lemon
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Modena Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. water
- 200 grams jasmine
- rice
- 1 Tbsp. jasmine tea
- 800 mL water (salt, to taste)

Directions
- Start by thawing, and then peeling the shrimp.
- Place the lemon and garlic in a glass baking dish.
