- 4 Tbsp. Tahini (runny, I love the Kroger Simple Truth brand, it's VERY runny. Trader Joe's also has a runny tahini)
- 6 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (OR tamari for gluten-free)
- 60 grams pure maple syrup (OR agave)
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger (OR 2-3 teaspoons powdered ginger if you want, but the flavor is best with fresh)
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
- 6 oz. ramen noodle
- gluten free noodles
- 3 broccoli florets (overflowing cups, 180g, processed into tiny pieces, see directions)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded carrots

So delicious. We are not vegan, so only mod was to add hardwood smoked chicken :) took to work for a potluck and had cashews and wonton strips on the side for crunch. Rave reviews and would make again without the chicken also.
