- 2 pkg. ramen noodles (either beef or oriental flavor, we've used both and like them equally)

Absolutely Easy and Flavorful! It turned out exactly how I wanted it to! Definitely making this again & again!

Good recipe. Better to add dressing 3-5 hours before eating so the noodles still have some crunch. First time I made this I put the dressing on the night before and the noodles were too soft the salad was still good though
