- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 carrots (cut into julienne strips)
- 1 daikon radish (cut into julienne strips)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or homemade sesame mayonnaise, see recipe notes for recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil (omit if using homemade sesame mayonnaise)
- 1 head butter lettuce leaves (separated)
