Directions
- boil pork ribs (till it softens) then add the shrimp to cook. separate the soup stock and put in the chiller. on the other side, soak the dried fungus and dried mushroom till it softens
- take out the pork ribs and shrimp and marinate in in oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and crushed peppercorn and let it sit and absorb the ingredients
- wash the noodles (if you're using fresh noodles) or you can use dried noodles. and have it added on the stock when it boils
