- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. pure honey
- 3 tsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Asian toasted sesame oil (caramel brown in color)
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 16 oz. rotini (cooked, drained and cooled, sprinkle with olive oil to prevent sticking)
- 16 oz. cole slaw mix (bag of fresh, no dressing)
- 1 red bell pepper (seeded and thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup edamame (pre-shelled)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion (thinly)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
