- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 jalapeno chili (minced, or to taste, the more the seeds, the hotter the flavor)
