Left out bell peppers and the cashews and subbed radishes. Tweaked the dressing slightly. Flavor is fantastic. Can’t believe I’ve been hanging on to this recipe without having made it until now🤪

Good flavour, cooked ramen noodles in place of the linguini, will make it again.

I made a small version and I was sad I didn't have leftovers. I love this salad!

This is a huge, bold salad that could easily be a main course. I substituted gluten free Hoisin and Tamari sauces, Thai brown rice noodles, and toasted almonds. I served this with the Asian barbecued pork. My family loved it
