- 2 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine (or dry sherry)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 cups chinese cabbage (or green, chopped)
- 8 cups chicken broth (homemade or pre-made)
- 1 Tbsp. nama shoyu (organic, or regualr soy sauce)
- 8 oz. rice (noddles, cooked according to package directions and rinsed well.)
- toasted sesame oil (to drizzle on top)
- garlic chili sauce (optional)
- chopped cilantro (optional)
