Made this twice. The first time I thought the noodles were cooked the wrong way. Remade it and still the same result. I dont like the noodles. I will be removing this from my favorites.

The meatballs are exceptional and the noodles are good. I added broccoli, onion and peppers (cooked them in the sesame oil with the carrots) and had to use a bouillon cube instead of beef broth.
