    Awesome marinade. Have used it on various types of fish and it's good every time.

    Used this marinade on chicken and flank steak, marinated overnight. Very tasty, not too overpowering in flavor. I used a micrograter for the ginger, otherwise followed the rest of the recipe as written. Everyone loved it, including my young kids. I will use again.
