Fantastic!!
Careful with the ginger as too much makes it too spicy and makes it lose definition. Added Bok Chou (Chinese cabbage) to salad, which added both flavor and texture.

This came out absolutely delicicious. My husband said it was his new favorite dish and had me make it three times in the same week! I wouldn't change anything about it!

This recipe was easy to make. The dressing was very good, but overall it was just ok.
