- 1 hard-boiled egg (cut in half)
- 1/2 cup tamari (or Liquid Aminos)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 purple onion (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 chopped cilantro (+ Tbsp, firmly packed, save a pinch to garnish., optional)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic chili sauce (this kind is preferred but spicy red pepper flakes will do)
- 1 Tbsp. jalapenos (sliced, or spicy green chiles)
