I like this tasty, easy recipe for eating green beans from the garden. I used cream sherry instead of the dry sherry and omitted the sugar. Before serving I threw some thin sliced almonds on the top. I will definitely make this again.

Delicious, with subtle play between the soy and sherry. Best of all, the resident Picky Eater loved them!

I made it without sugar and sherry and it was delicious. Next time will add red pepper flakes.
