    Some mods- I didn’t marinate for 30 minutes. I marinated for 15 minutes and it turned out great! Also used frozen stir fry mix.

    This recipe was my first attempt at using tofu and it turned out great. Easy to make and delicious. I used broccoli, mushrooms and snow peas for veg, and used rice noodles as the bed.

    Tasty dish. Easy to make. I doubled the marinade, took tofu out of marinade with slotted spoon and while it cooked I tossed broccoli in the remaining marinade. I stir fried the broccoli with the tofu and served over rice. Delicious! My daughter and husband enjoyed it with the tofu but have requested I make it with chicken next time. I think it will taste great with chicken too.

    was wonderful, even my kids loved it! made with brown rice and broccoli. might use a tad less ginger next time as the flavor of it over powered the other flavors. over all, a great healthy meal i will be making on a regular basis!

    really enjoyed this! the spice was beautiful. i added extra pepper flakes, and it was lovely with a bit of heat. i pressed the tofu for about 4 hours and it soaked up the marinade so well!
    I tripled the sauce but only used a 1 tsp of red pepper flakes. I have a 9 & 13 year old and the 9 year old felt it was too spicy (I agree it was slightly too spicy). Just beware of the red pepper flakes and reduce the sugar based on the sweetness you prefer and you should be good. Add whatever veggies you like. I will probably keep looking for a better sauce but this one is fine.

    Good flavor with the sauce. we substituted a sweet and tangy Trader Joes BBQ for hoisin sauce and it turned out great. I do wish the tofu got a little crispier. Perhaps try some of the breading options discussed in other comments.
