- 1 green bell pepper (or medium red, thinly sliced)
- 5 green onions (medium, sliced)
- 12 leaves fresh basil (washed, or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
- vegetables (Combine all, in a bowl, toss)
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced from jar or 1 clove minced)
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar (or white)
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar (granulated)
- 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
