- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 5 cups baby spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup shelled edamame (look for these in the freezer section, defrost before using)
- 1 cup shredded carrots (look for pre-grated carrots or shred them using a box grater)
- 2 stalks green onions (/ Scallions, chopped)
- 3.5 oz. wontons (Crispy, look for these in the salad section near croutons)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- black sesame seeds (or White, optional)
