- 1 head lettuce (chopped crisp, green leaf, ice berg or romaine)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 cup pineapple (chopped)
- avocado (optional)
- cucumbers (optional)
- apples (optional)
- mango (optional)
- boiled egg (optional)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (or grape seed oil)
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (use Distilled white vinegar for gluten free)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (or soy sauce, try fish sauce, it tastes so much better!, use Tamari for gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (chili garlic, optional)
- 3/4 cup water
- water (additional, to thin out dressing)
