- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 4 chicken breasts (or more, if you want, cut into 1.5 inch pieces)
- 8 oz. mushrooms (I used Crimini)
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (to add to remaining marinade to make glaze)

next time I make this will let sit in marinade longer then 2 hours. Delicious

this was really really good. my family loved it. i didnt habe sesame oil so i ised avocado oil but it was really good. id make it again. i just suggest more hoison glaze because i didnt have enough for a good glaze.
