- 2 lb. chicken tenderloin (boneless)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 3 cups corn oil
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. sambal oelek
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. green onions
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (divided)

Directions
- Heat the oil in a skillet to 375 degrees.
- Add the chicken to a large bowl and soak the buttermilk. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl add the Panko and corn meal. Mix well.
