- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar (can use brown sugar if you don't have)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cups vegetables (chopped, i used broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
