- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (or tenderloins, thawed)
- 4 Tbsp. toasted sesame dressing (Asian, Kraft version or homemade version below)
- 3 rice vinegar (splashes of)
- 3 soy sauce (splashes of)
- greens (Your choice of, for the salad, Romaine, Green Leaf, Ice Berg etc.)
- slivered almonds
- mandarin oranges (drained)
- green onions (sliced)
- sesame seeds (toasted, dry roast them in a pan on medium heat, stirring frequently or buy toasted)
- rice noodles (or chow mien noodles)
- shredded carrots (optional - adds more veggies and color to the salad)
- toasted sesame dressing (Asian, Kraft version or homemade version below)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (+ olive oil to make ½ cup)
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds (toasted, dry roast them in a pan on medium heat, stirring frequently or buy toasted)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 6 syrup (tablespoonsmaple)
