- 1 jar dressing (Sesame Peanut, see recipe below)
- 16 oz. soba noodles (Asian, cooked)
- 3 cups edamame (cooked shelled, soy beans)
- 6 cups baby carrots (1/2c per jar)
- 2 bunches scallions (chopped)
- 4 bell peppers (colored, chopped)
- 44 oz. grilled chicken strips (frozen, or bake your own, 3-5 breasts, chopped up into pieces, thawed)
- 16 oz. slaw mix (cabbage)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter (creamy-style)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (or brown sugar)
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 4 green onions (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions
- For the Dressing:
- Place peanut butter in bottom of mason jar or microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften and melt
- Once melted, add remaining ingredients and shake or whisk together until well combined
