- 1 cup sliced carrots (thinly)
- 2 cups chicken broth (each no-sodium added, and water)

- 2 oz. whole wheat egg noodles (or rice noodles if GF)
- 6 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast (/1 large, cut into small chunks)

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
