- 1/3 cup sweet rice wine (Japanese, /mirin may substitute dry sherry)
- 1/4 cup Asian sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha (/ Asian hot chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup water
