A great start, but I would definitely change a few things. Please note I used 1.15lb of ground beef. 1) Put 1.5tsp chilli powder or cayenne pepper. 2) Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. 3) Add a little bit of chilli flakes for its aroma. For the sauces, honestly going bbq or plain old ketchup would be better suited for this burger.
Otherwise, it’s a good recipe.

Made this most excellent burger for our date night dinner ..Trying to be a healthier eater I used ground turkey and left out the hoisin sause (cutting down on sodium) added honey in the slaw in place of sugar ..
With a side sweet potato tots
made for an excellent evening at home we both ageered this will be added to our dinner rotation --Not my best pic
