- 5 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed)
- 5 slices ginger (1/4″ thick peeled)

- 1 oz. dried shitake mushroom
- 20 liquid
- 14 oz. egg noodles (divided into 4 portions, or rice noodles, or noodles of your choice)
