- 1 lb. ground beef (85 percent lean is best)

- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce (substitute 1 tablespoon soy sauce if you want)

I substituted oyster sauce instead of fish sauce/soy sauce and added extra cilantro in place of parsley. When preparing the ginger and minced garlic, I also combined sliced 1/4 onion. Tasty sweet and savory dish!
