Made my own stir fry sauce and didn’t measure the ingredients, so it came out a little tart. Still delicious.
My vegetable choices: 2 cups sliced Brussels sprouts, 1 cup each sliced carrot and diced zucchini.

Easy dish and very good. Only changes i made was no crushed red pepper. use a full cup of stir fry sauce and use cashews instead of peanuts. Will make again!
