the flavors of the sauce was amazing and the recipe itself was really easy. I used vension..and that was not great. Would definitely use beef next time.

Not bad. I cooked the shallots a bit, as I thought raw as a garnish was odd. Photo shows scallions, which makes more sense.

It was good but too sweet, had to add a tonne of chilli to mask the sweetness. Will make again but no need to add sugar!
