So good, so healthy. I blackened the tofu bits afterward in a pan and it was so fantastic.

Wonderful flavor. I cut down the sesame oil (less oily) and soy sauce (less sodium), and marinated the tofu over night. Still turns out great. Will make again.

Although I didn’t bake it. I like the marinade so I cube the tofu, marinade for a few hours or overnight, then mix in brown rice and veggies. It’s excellent

Fantastic flavor! I sliced the tofu into 8 slabs to make thinner cuts and the texture was very good. Chopped it up and put it into stir fry, but could be used in so many types of dishes.

This is super easy to make and very yummy. Tofu is better when it sits in the marinade for a while rather than just soaking. Letting them drip a bit before putting them on the pan makes them less oily which I like.
