Delicious and so easy! Love it. I was very generous with all the ingredients amounts to make a big and full-flavored salad. Added nutritional yeast alongside the shaved Parmesan cheese. Specifics used: organic Chickpea pasta, zesty julienned sun dried tomatoes from the bag, whole can of chickpeas, Organicville olive oil & balsamic vinaigrette (still used olive oil called for).

Served this with pizza, garlic bread a plate of garlic prawns and one other salad to friends and children. It went down a storm and will definitely be making it again.

Tasted great! Added some grape tomatoes and yellow bell peppers for extra color and freshness. It was surprisingly filling
