- 12 oz. roasted red peppers
- 6 oz. black olives (can, drained weight)
- 1/4 red onion (cut into very thin slivers)
- vinaigrette (Read more here about making basil)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil (finely chopped or pureed)
- 6 Tbsp. sugar (low-, purchased vinaigrette dressing)
