Turned out delicious! Definitely needed extra seasoning and less water/broth. The flavor was pretty good nevertheless.

This turned out good but not exactly how I wanted. It does need a little more seasoning...

Followed the directions linked inside for the sofrito. Rice came out fantastic, could really taste the roasted pepper in the sofrito. Can be enjoyed even... without chicken!
