so fricken good my goodness!! im not a huge fan of bone and skin chicken but this is too good to pass up. i like to make the rice to freeze and shred the chicken for enchiladas yumm!!
I do wish it had the measurements for seasoning as I know a new or she cook could feel intimidated though.
This has definatly become a favorite meal for me.
