- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 square blue cheese
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped fine)

- Blend together well.
- Squeeze excess juices into clean dish towel.
- Wrap in paper towel.
- Leave overnight in refrigerator.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, etc.
