- 2 red chillies (dried)
- 20 curry leaves (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds (rayee can use, if rayee not available)
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp. mustard oil (smoked)
- 2 Tbsp. tamarind pulp
- 1 handful coriander leaves (fresh, chopped)
