- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (unsweetened vanilla flavor adds a nice touch)
- 1/2 lb. chocolate (cut into small chunks or shavings, choose your favorite. I've tried dark, semisweet, and a mix of milk chocolate with dark. It all depends on your preference. However, I recently noticed that if my ratio of milk chocolate gets too high, 50% or greater, the chocolate pots can be runny at the bottom.)
- 3/4 cup water (low-sodium garbanzo bean, I prefer Eden Organic 15 oz. can which provides exactly ¾ cup)
