  • 600 grams apricots
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • 75 grams oats
  • 30 grams almond (sticks)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 60 grams butter (cold)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
    2. Wash and dry apricots, remove cores, cut them in 4, arrange in 4 small baking dishes. Pour vanilla sugar on the apricots.
    3. Pour flour, oats, almond sticks, and sugar in a bowl, and mix. Add butter cut into small cubes, then mix with your fingertips to get the crumble topping. Divide evenly between apricot pans.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes until the dough is colored. Let cool before serving.
