My family loves this SO much that I’ve made 5 double batches in 3 weeks while my tree had a plethora of apricots!

It was delicious! I wasn’t sure if the 1 lb of apricots was before or after I had removed the pits and bruised parts so I measured it before and then Measured after and added more to equal the 1lb. I will likely make a double batch of the crisp just because I LOVE the the crisp topping. :) I also did not have sugar in the raw so I used brown sugar instead.

Just made this crisp and I have to say that it was easy, quick, and delicious. It’s everything you want in a fresh apricot dessert. It’s sweet and tart and very comforting. The only thing missing in my bowl was a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Great! I added black berries and raspberries to the apricots. Sprinkled cinnamon sugar and almonds on the top!
