- 3/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups apricots (mix of sliced, and peaches cut about ¼ inch thick, and halved as you see fit, it’s ok to have some chunks; be free with your fruit!)
- 1/4 cup raw almonds (+ 1/8)
- 1 1/8 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (+ 1/8)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (+ 1 1/2 teaspoons ,melted)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt (cow sheep, or goat)
- 2 tsp. honey (I like raw orange blossom)
- ground cardamom (sprinkle of)
