- 395 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup dried apricots (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 250 grams biscuits (crushed plain)
- 100 grams butter
- 2 Tbsp. golden syrup

Directions
- Melt butter, syrup and condensed milk together in a pot on low heat. Stir constantly.
- Add crushed biscuits, chopped apricots and 1 cup of coconut and mix until well combined.
- Roll out in the rest of the coconut as walnut sized balls and leave in the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes.
