I would suggest to go low broil for the meteor part of the ribs and I when you flip it as it says for the beginning before you actually bake it. And to definitely go the slow cooker out because it comes out much juicier and absolutely melt in your mouth. I also went with the curry paste as the chili sauce because my apricot preserves were very liquidy😅 they won first prize the state fair this year though😇
