This was okay, but I would use the sauce as a marinade next time. It stayed an applesauce consistency and was a little strange to eat on top of a pork chop. I think putting less of it on top of the pork chops could work as well. The potatoes turned out really well, though I did add some additional spices like garlic and onion salt. I don’t think I’ll be making this again.
