  • 2 granny smith apple
  • 2 pears (medium, cored, peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup promise spread-stick
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 1-1/2-quart baking dish; set aside.
    2. In medium bowl, combine flour, oats and brown sugar. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in Promise® Spread-stick until mixture is size of small peas. Stir in nuts; set aside.
    3. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. In prepared baking dish, arrange fruit mixture, then evenly sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 40 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden.
