- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 baking apples (crisp, such as Granny Smith or Mutsu, peeled, cored, coarsely grated, and drained, juices reserved and used as part of the cider measurement)
- 1 Tbsp. demerara sugar

Amazing!! I followed the recipe pretty much to the T except i changed the type of flower. I used half gluten-free flower, half coconut flower and added a little more cinnamon because I like it. I also made made one tray with muffin paper and made one tray with out and just used a ton of butter they both turned out great
