Oh man this came out good. I simmered the chops for a few extra minutes and they came out perfectly cooked and juicy. Nice sweet glaze on the chops.

Very tasty with all the spices. Easy to make. I added mushrooms. Served over butternut squash. Will definitely make again.

Great! The sage worked well with the sweetness of the apples and apple juice. The pork chops had to cook longer than I expected but turned out very flavorful.
