- 2 tsp. peanut butter
- 2 lemons
- 2 tsp. olive oil

Directions
- Place the lettuce, slices of apples, and blueberries in a salad bowl
- Put the peanut butter, lemon juice, and olive oil into a food processor and puree until smooth.
