- 400 grams crushed ice

Directions
- Wash and slice the apples, remove the core, and put them in a blender or food processor with the ginger interspersed with the fruit.
- Pour the obtained juice into a pan with the star anise, and heat to a boil.
- Let cool, remove the star anise, and refrigerate.
- Before serving, divide the juice into glasses, fill with crushed ice, and place a star anise on top.
